Step 1: Let’s Chat!
We’ll meet in person (or zoom or phone) to plan your custom session. Outfits, locations, vibes—we’ll cover it all! Plus, we’ll go over pricing, answer questions, and finalize your booking with your retainer fee.
Step 2: Get Ready!
Two weeks before your session, we’ll check in to confirm details, answer any last-minute questions, and schedule your viewing appointment for 2-3 weeks following your session.
Step 3: Picture Day!
Your time to shine! Relax, have fun, and let your personality take center stage. We’ll handle the little things to keep it stress-free.
Step 5: The Big Reveal
Your images are ready! Enjoy a stunning slideshow, select your favorites, and choose from albums, wall art, and more. After Designing and Proofing your custom products, we will place your order!
Step 6: Delivery Day!
The best part—your portraits are here! Hand-delivered memories you’ll treasure forever.

All families place orders for final prints and products in addition to the creation fee. Fine Art Prints begin at $100. Many families order less and many order more, including a variety of archival quality ready to hang wall art, Heirloom quality portrait albums, Images boxes/Digital images and more. Social Sharing Sized digital images that are studio branded are included with most portrait collections. Product Credit that is included in your Session Experience is applied to your final order. All prices shown do not reflect Wisconsin State Sales Tax.
*$275 retainer fee is due upon booking to hold your date and time.In addition to cash, we accept Mastercard and Visa as well as offer convenient payment plans for all of our Creation Fees and Portrait Product orders. Digital Files/Products are not included in Creation Fee.
